Trammell Crow Center Overhaul Imminent

Renovations of the 30-year-old, 1.2 million-sf Ross Ave. tower will include a revamp of the ground floor lobby, exterior plaza areas and the addition of new tenant amenities.

Last summer, J.P. Morgan bought the surface parking lot across from the center with plans to build a large parking garage.
