Olympus Increases S. Texas Multifamily Presence

SAN ANTONIO (GlobeSt.com) – San Francisco-based Olympus Property has acquired Tacara at Westover Hills just days after acquiring another property in Houston.

Tacara at Westover Hills, built last year, is a 312-unit Class-A community situated on almost 14 acres.

This is the fifth property to be added to Olympus Property’s fourth fund, WW Olympus Property IV LLC.
