AUSTIN (CoStar Group) – Presidium Group teamed up with St. Croix Capital Advisory Services Group to acquire the 160-unit Hunterwood Apts.
The complex is on 7.4 acres at 409 William Cannon Dr. E and sits within one mile of First St. and S. Congress Ave., two thoroughfares leading into downtown Austin.
Hunterwood was built in 1984 and renovated in 2005.
The purchase is the fourth this year for Presidium, which now owns and operates six properties in the city and is currently developing several land parcels in the area.
