Edgemere Seniors Community Plans $36 Million Upgrade

The 16-acre community is on Northwest Hwy. west of Hillcrest Rd. and is operated by Senior Quality Lifestyles Corp.

Additions include a 6,000-sf performing arts center, eight assisted-living apartments, 12 memory-support suites and 15 skilled-nursing private suites. An underground parking garage will also be built.

Edgemere’s dining venues, common areas and outdoor plaza and courtyards will also be remodeled. Construction will take almost two years.
