Grocery-Anchored Center Springing into Springwoods Village

SPRING (Houston Chronicle) – Construction begins early next year on a grocery-anchored shopping center in the 2,000-acre Springwoods Village development.

The 300,000-sf Market at Springwoods Village, which will be developed by Dallas-based Regency Centers, will be at the northeast corner of Spring Stuebner Rd. and Holzwarth Rd. 

Springwoods Village, home to Exxon’s massive corporate campus, is master-planned for 5,000 homes and medical facilities, apartments, shops and additional offices.
