Cawley Partners Purchases Richardson Lakeside Campus

RICHARDSON (Cawley Partners) – Cawley Partners and GEM Realty Capital have acquired the 812,000-sf Lakeside Campus.

The property is on Lakeside Blvd. adjacent to northbound Central Expy. between Campbell Rd. and Galatyn Pkwy.

Simultaneously with the closing, RealPage Inc. signed a long-term lease for 400,000 sf in the project with plans to take occupancy in the third quarter of 2016. RealPage was represented by Stream Realty.

With almost half of the campus leased to RealPage, Cawley Partners will focus their efforts on multitenant leasing and completing building upgrades throughout the project.

Mesa West Capital provided financing for Cawley’s acquisition.
