HOUSTON (GlobeSt.com) – JLL has closed the sale of Willowbrook Plaza, a 384,820-sf retail center just south of the intersection of FM 1960 and SH 249, directly across from Willowbrook Mall.
The seller was The Retail Connection.
Willowbrook Plaza was built in 1999 and is 89 percent leased. Tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, Buy Buy Baby, Cost Plus World Market, AMC Theatres, Bel Furniture, Boot Barn, Buffalo Wild Wings, Saltgrass Steakhouse and Beauty Brands.
