The amendment will add 101.8 acres into the development's utility district. The addition will also include about $500,000 in parkland improvements, including a splash pad, shade structures, trails, parking lot, sports fields, restrooms and other amenities on a 25-acre tract.
A portion of the proposed Blue Ridge Dr. will also be built by the developers on this site. The new section will include water line improvements on FM 1460.
Teravista's addition is in the city's unincorporated area just north of the existing section between Westinghouse Rd. and SE Inner Loop.
