Humble ISD Building Schools in The Groves

Those schools, Elementary School #28 and Middle School #10, are slated to open in August 2017 and August 2018, respectively.

Crescent Communities, based in Charlotte, N.C., is developing The Groves on almost 1,000 acres west of West Lake Houston Pkwy. and south of Will Clayton Pkwy. The Groves opened earlier this year and is designed for about 2,200 single-family homes.

Houston Commercial Development represented the school district, and Prime Capital represented the seller, Crescent LHTX 2012.
