The high-rise is being developed by California-based Kor Group at the northwest corner of the former Green Water Treatment Plant site. It is slated for completion by 2017.
One-, two- and three-bedroom condos as well as one- and two-story penthouses will be available with prices ranging from the mid-$500,000s to several million dollars.
Designer Kelly Wearstler will handle interior design for both the hotel and condos.
The hotel is part of the Proper Hospitality brand, which launched in January. Locations announced so far include San Francisco and Los Angeles.
