IHI Leases Energy Corridor Space

HOUSTON (San Antonio Express-News) – Engineering and construction company IHI E&C has signed a lease for 158,050 sf of office space on floors three through eight of the 14-story West Memorial Place II beginning in January 2017.

Skanska USA Commercial Development is developing the West Memorial Place office project just south of Memorial Dr. and west of Terry Hershey Park in the Energy Corridor.

West Memorial Place II was designed by HOK and will top out this October. The 385,000-sf building will accompany West Memorial Place I, a 331,000-sf building that opened in February. Both buildings will be LEED Platinum certified.
