Lincoln will pay the Dallas Symphony Foundation $7.2 million for the parcel in a deal that will close in September. The current owner acquired the land, located at the corner of Pearl St. and Woodall Rodgers Fwy., for $1.5 million in 1995.
According to the Dallas Morning News, 1900 Pearl will have about 250,000 sf of office space built on top of a parking garage and ground-floor retail.
HKS Inc. has been hired to design the tower, which will also include a large restaurant, conference and fitness facilities and a deck overlooking Klyde Warren Park.
