Dallas’ Class-A Addison Office Tower Under New Ownership

The property, called The Addison, is along the Dallas North Tollway near Belt Line Rd. at 14951 N. Dallas Pkwy.

The Addison, currently leased to a few large corporate tenants such as Starbucks, Kenny’s Wood-Fired Grill and Smoothie King, has about 60,000 sf of available space.

Locally based Holt Lunsford Commercial has been hired to lease and manage the property.
