NEW BRAUNFELS (Marcus & Millichap) – Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Walnut Square Shopping Center, a 95,952-sf retail property at 600 South Walnut Ave.
The center is at the intersection of South Walnut Ave. and I-35 in the Comal County submarket area. The retail space was constructed in phases beginning in 1985.
The seller was a private investor, and the buyer was a partnership.
