HOUSTON (REBusiness Online) – California-based Bear Valley Delaware Crystal Falls LLC has purchased Crystal Falls, a 165-unit multifamily complex at 10950 Westbrae Pkwy.
The community, located near Braeswood Blvd., US 59 and Beltway 8, is 96 percent leased. Amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and controlled-access gate.
Emerge Crystal Falls LLC of California was the seller.
The buyer will upgrade unit interiors.
Berkadia negotiated the sale.
