THE WOODLANDS (GlobeSt.com) – Halberdier Real Estate breaks ground next summer on a 150,000-sf mixed-use development near the ExxonMobil campus.
The firm has closed on 15 more acres that will make up its new Grand Hardy Riley Crossings development, which will include a medical office building as well as pad sites for restaurants, retail, banks and other corporate uses.
Grand Hardy Riley Crossings will be at the southeast corner of the Hardy Toll Rd. and Riley Fuzzel, just south of Grand Pkwy.
With this acquisition, Halberdier now controls 75 acres within two miles of ExxonMobil, with a planned build-out of 600,000 sf of mixed-use development.
