THAI: Revised Texas Housing Affordability Index
Beginning with first quarter 2005, the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University revised its calculations of the Texas Housing Affordability Index (THAI). This was done to be more consistent with other published indices and to reduce the complexity and subjectivity of the analysis.
