Gerald joined the Center as a research analyst in 2008. He holds a B.B.A. from Simon Fraser University in scenic Vancouver, British Columbia, an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate (MLERE) degree from Texas A&M University.
