Rural land, property taxes
Charles is the Center's land market expert. He holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Texas A&M University. He has been studying land prices since the 1980s and is known throughout the state as the man to go to if you have questions about Texas land. In 2010, he was inducted into the Farm Credit Bank of Texas Hall of Honor for his "significant contributions to agriculture."
