This is an offspring of the Commercial Real Estate Loan Chairman Software Program that was introduced in June 1991. Enhancements since its original development justified a name change to include all areas of commercial real estate lending and investing., IE: Final Conclusion.
It is an excellent tool for bank loan officers, analysts, marketing agents, appraisers, investors, mortgage brokers and consultants. Reports that manually would take hours to complete are finished in only minutes. Presentations can be printed directly from the program or exported into every major word processing software.

two discounted cash flow analyses -- income producing properties -- (properties that liquidate to repay the debt and developing the overall yield rate)
underwriting analysis covering virtually every type of income producing property, both existing and construction (separate reports for those purchased and those refinanced)

four distinct sensitivity reports (12 ranges on six separate line items)
