Agent Form Manager enables real estate agents to use modern technology such as digital signatures without requiring an active Internet connection. This real estate contract software is currently available in Colorado and Texas.
Agent Form Manager enables agents to add their custom logo to their real estate forms and contracts. Real estate agents can reuse their trusted legal clauses by entering them into the clause library, or agents can import their saved legal clauses from an existing file.
The electronic signature feature does not require an active Internet connection or any special hardware. Real estate contracts and forms can be signed with a digital pen or a computer mouse. An Internet connection is only needed when an agent sends contracts directly to clients, agents, and title companies.
Real estate agents will save time and improve accuracy by only entering information once. Buyer, seller, and property information can be auto-populated into each of the contracts. Reusable clauses can be retrieved with the click of a mouse.
Contract templates can also be used so agents no longer need to start with blank forms or contracts. If agents find themselves re-entering the same information every time they fill out the same type of real estate form, they can save this information as a template. Whenever the agent fills out this type of form, the agent can begin with a saved template instead of a blank form.
