Real Estate Software Directory

Introduction
The Real Estate Center is pleased to present the Real Estate Software
Directory. This directory was compiled to help the real estate
professional find real estate related software.
This directory represents only a segment of real estate software packages.
Inclusion of any vendor or product should not be interpreted as an endorsement.
Nor does it replace competent hardware and software advice. Rather, this
directory is designed to provide information to help the user indentify software
that might assist in the real estate business. These software are indexed on 190
application uses ranging from absorption analysis to zoning.
This directory is organized alphabetically by the software application’s
primary use. The software is also cross-referenced by all the application’s
uses, vendor name, operating system and by software name.
Survey Methodology
More than 900 firms were identified by the Real Estate Center as having real
estate related software.
The Real Estate Center staff has made every effort to make this directory
complete. However, only those firms responding to the survey questionnaires are
included. Omission of any firm or software application is the result of either
the Center not knowing about the vendor or the vendor’s failure to complete the
questionnaire.
The questionnaire requested that vendors describe the software and indicate
details such as price, release date, current version, documentation, training,
operating environment and hardware. They were also asked to identify as many as
three key characteristics from a list of application uses that best describe
their software.
Descriptions are presented as received (edited slightly) and were not
verified for accuracy or completeness by the Real Estate Center.
