(Dallas-Fort Worth) - Thus far in 2009, 3.2 million sf of office space has delivered in the Metroplex, compared to 4.5 million sf during the same period a year ago. Of space delivered in the first nine months of 2009, 27 percent was leased upon delivery, compared to 40 percent a year ago.
