$12M Texas Clinic at Arlington to break ground in Dec.
(Medical : Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington) 11/5/2009

(Arlington) - The Economic Development Authority of the City of Arlington is planning the construction of a 70,000-sf medical office complex in south Arlington.

Texas Clinic at Arlington will cost an estimated $12 million and will be located at 400 W. Arbrook Blvd. The property will be built as part of the Chapter 380 Economic Development Program, which helps to stimulate business activity within the city.

The three-story medical office building will include an adult care center, full service imaging center, and laboratories.

Groundbreaking is set for December 2009. Completion date is slated for the summer of 2011. Arlington MOB Partners LP is the developer.
